Important Information for MSTF Participants
- You must apply for admission to ASU for Fall (not Summer) Semester 2008
- Please carefully follow all instructions from ASU’s Graduate Admissions Office relating to ASU’s residency and immunization requirements
Exceptions
You are already considered an ASU student if you took a course at ASU in Spring 2008 or Summer 2008; in this case you do not have to re-apply to ASU.

Non-degree AdmissionRequirements
- Nonrefundable application fee (U.S. citizens non-degree graduate: $65; Non-U.S. citizens non-degree graduate: $80). Applications will not be processed until the fee is received.
- U.S. bachelor's degree or equivalent from a regionally accredited institution. Transcripts and test scores are not required for admission as a non-degree graduate student.
- Non-U.S. citizens (residing in the USA) must provide proof of USA visa/immigration
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON NON-DEGREE GRADUATE STUDY
Non-degree students are limited to taking a maximum of 15 hours in one semester. There is no limit to the total cumulative credit hours you can take. However, there is a limit of credit hours you may apply towards a degree program if you decide to seek an advanced degree. Up to nine non-degree graduate-level credit hours taken at ASU prior to admission may be applied to master's degree requirements, and the maximum number of transfer credits is six credit hours.
Graduate Degree Programs
The application to a graduate degree program is a formal process that includes submission of transcripts, letters of recommendation, GRE scores, strict deadlines, and competitive selection. Please see the instructions for the particular program in which you are interested.
