  4. To administer each instrument in its integrity without any changes.
  5. To make due reference to the copyright holder(s) in any of my publications related to this (these) instrument(s).

To provide the copyright holder(s), through CRESMET, with an integral copy of the raw data that I collect with this (these) instruments, and this in the form of an SPSS, Excel, or tab-delimited spreadsheet.
