The software used to gather, administer, analyze, and present the survey data has all been custom developed for the survey application. The code used to generate the 50,000 pages of results consists of approximately 10,000 lines of PHP and 5000 lines of Python. The survey data is stored in MySQL. The discussion forums are built using Jive 2.0.
The Graduate School of the University of Missouri-Columbia is providing web hosting for the survey results.
