School of Earth and Space Exploration
Checklist for Applications
ONLY COMPLETE APPLICATIONS WILL BE REVIEWED; so please be sure that all your materials are sent to us promptly. The School of Earth and Space Exploration at ASU is not responsible for materials not received. Meeting the minimum criteria does not guarantee admission to the program. False statements on this application may lead to disqualification from the program.
To begin the application process:
1. Requirements for Graduate Admissions can be found at: http://www.asu.edu/graduate/admissions.
2. For your application packet to be considered complete, you will need to submit the following items:
• Arizona State University Graduate Study Application with $50.00 application fee.
• One complete official transcript from every college you have attended
• Financial Guarantee Form (if you are an international student).
• Official GRE test scores.
• TOEFL Scores - if you are an international student from a country where English is not the native language.
ALL THE APPLICATION MATERIAL SUBMITTED TO THE GRADUATE COLLEGE WILL BE FORWARDED TO THE SCHOOL OF EARTH AND SPACE EXPLORATION FOR REVIEW BY THE GRADUATE COMMITTEE.
3. Submit three letters of recommendation accompanied by the recommendation form to:

YOUR FILE WILL BE REVIEWED BY THE GRADUATE COMMITTEE WHEN ALL MATERIALS ARE RECEIVED BY THE SCHOOL OF EARTH AND SPACE EXPLORATION.
Although applications will be reviewed after October 1st for Spring and December 15th for Fall, decisions regarding funding for Spring will be made starting on October 1, and decisions regarding funding for Fall will be made starting January 10th.
