To begin the application process
1. Complete the online ASU Graduate College Application: http://www.asu.edu/graduate/admissions
Or request that an application form be mailed to you by writing to:

2. Submit the $50.00 application fee to the Graduate College per the instructions in the online Graduate College application.
3. Have one copy of your official transcript of all previous undergraduate and graduate studies forwarded directly from the institution(s) to:

4. Have the Educational Testing Service forward your official GRE scores to the above address. Additional information about how and where to have transcripts and test scores forwarded to the Graduate College is available online from theASU Graduate College Admission Checklist web page.
5. Submit official GRE scores (general scores only are required) to the Department of Mathematics & Statistics.
6. Submit three (3) letters of recommendation to the Department of Mathematics & Statistics.

If you are applying for fall admission and wish to compete for support, your completed application materials should be here no later than March 1 of that calendar year (Example: You are applying for fall 2007 admission and competing for support—March 1, 2007 is the deadline). For spring admissions, your completed application materials should be here no later than October 1 of the previous year (Example: You are applying for spring 2008 admission and competing for support— October 1, 2007 is the deadline).
